Meet Alex
Dr Alex White is an Osteopath that has been living along the Murray since 2021. He was drawn to the area so that he could combine his work with his passions for outdoor sports in the mountains.
He’s an Osteopath with a passion for helping people feel their best.
What he enjoys most about Osteopathy is the hands on holistic approach it takes to healthcare. Instead of just focusing on the symptoms, it considers the whole person and their unique needs and circumstances. Whether you are seeking relief from acute or chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply striving to improve your overall well-being, he works with patients to develop individual treatment plans that address not just their physical health, but also their wellbeing.
He believes that healthcare should be a partnership between practitioner and patient, with the goal of treatment being to build a patients trust and confidence in their own ability to recover and heal. That's why he’s always eager to educate patients on how their bodies work and what they can do to maintain their wellbeing between visits.
Outside of work, he can be found at the snow in the winter, mountain biking in the summer, walking his two Hungarian Vizsla’s, or spending quality time with his family and friends. He believes life is all about balance, like carving down a powdery slope on a snowboard—it's all about finding that sweet spot between harmony and flow. Just like you navigate the mountain, you navigate the different aspects of your life to create a thrilling and fulfilling ride.
